Transforming Christ International (TCI) is a nonprofit Christian corporation established under the Texas Business Organizations Code, founded and led by Dr. Joshua Kolawole. Our mandate is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, disciple believers, and empower communities through spiritual growth and socio-economic transformation.
We believe that true transformation begins with Christ and extends into every part of life—faith, family, calling, and community.

Dr. Joshua Kolawole is the visionary founder of Transforming Christ International, a ministry dedicated to Kingdom evangelism, spiritual empowerment, and transformational leadership through the power of the Holy Spirit. As a Transforming Minds Evangelist and a Global Lean-Agile Transformational Leadership Trainer, he embodies the message he carries—transformation in spirit, transformation in leaders, and transformation in systems.
With a unique blend of ministry calling, clinical excellence, and organizational leadership, Dr. Kolawole brings decades of experience that bridge the spiritual, personal, and institutional dimensions of transformation. His work inspires faith-driven change across individuals, families, churches, organizations, and communities.
A Life Marked by Early Evangelistic Foundations
Born into the family of Late Evangelist Julius Aderemi Kolawole in Nigeria, Dr. Kolawole's foundation in evangelism began early. As a child, he accompanied his father to community gospel outreaches, village crusades, and missions—experiences that shaped his lifelong passion for soul-winning and discipleship. His ministry journey has since extended across continents, including serving as a Spiritual Growth Facilitator at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas, and leading transformational teaching and leadership development programs in the United States and Nigeria.
